Thinking Activity on Existentialism

 Flipped learning on Existentialism

Flipped learning and Blended learning are the two way for learning and teaching through technology. It makes learners more active in their thinking capacity. But yes, it depends on the participants that how they takes seriously. Because there are a lot of people who are still not showing their readiness to accept the technology in teaching and learning field but now this Pandemic has changed the entire education system. We all are on online mode. There is no other option whether we like or not.

But I am happy to share my experience here that I have habituated with all these things. Learning through technology is the tradition of our Department. We are learning through various platforms like " Digital Library, Blogs, YouTube, Various online courses like Coursera, Mooc, Blended learning and Flipped learning. "  Now I am coming on main point. Here I am sharing my learning experience as well as feedback on Flipped learning.

Before few day we have done a very interesting thinking Activity on, " Existentialism " through Flipped learning. So, as a assignment task here I will share my experience and the activities which I have done in detail.

In one of our lecture our sir had taught all the steps which we have suppose to do in detail. For this flipped learning task first We have to open the blog of Dr. Dilip Barad sir and in this Blog we have to click on our task which is already linked there. In this another linked blog there are ten short videos on Existentialism. We have to watch these all videos. Then what we have to do is that we have to ask 4 or 5 questions from all these ten videos. These questions we have to put in our Google classroom under the flipped learning activity which has given by sir. Here  I am putting the questions which I have raised from Existentialism,

♧ Questions ♧

1. When the people feel dissatisfaction and Lowes the hope in the life he or she thinks about suicide which Camus Called philosophical suicide so my question is,

How we illustrate the existence of the people who think rationally and make their life more useful and successful on the other side the people who take decision irrationally and believing in their Karma and Fate they think that God is deciding how much we live how can we see the existence of God in all these things ?

2. In 5th Video ( 1:53 ) there is description that existencialism was a response to emptiness how we can understand this? I want to know more about this.

3. In this Corona crisis or let's say in the time of pandemic religious people as well as educated people play a very Vital role but on the other side there might be a people who are binding this both concept like doctors and other helper are the incarnation of God and they are saving the life of people so my question is is,

How can we connect the concept of ubermensch with this ans also the existence of God in the very notion of Science and religion in this time ?

♧ The Video which I liked most and why ?

◇ Video 8 ◇

Explain I am Five : Existentialism and Nietzsche

The video which I liked most is video 8th. In this video the teachers are teaching their students about what is Existentialism and Nietzsche. The result is that the child who know the meaning of Existentialism they might be grown more liberal and might be understood the real existence of their life.

♤ Feedback ♤

After this interesting flipped learning one might be clear in the concept of Existentialism because there are many videos which repeatedly gives the meaning and description of Existentialism and Existentialist. So, students can understand easily and raise the questions which they have. We had done one interesting flipped learning learning task on Wordsworth also. This was quite amazing experience for me. The benefit is that the students can listen the twice or thrice if they have not understood. So, according to my opinion the flipped learning is best for understand one perticular topic clear. The students can get chance to ask the question whatever they have.
